Responsible for providing legal services and advice, and leading legal projects, including but not limited to commercial leasing, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, general corporate practice, contract negotiation and drafting, in each case as assigned by the General Counsel or Assistant General Counsels, and commensurate with the duties of in-house counsel.  Must maintain licensure at a minimum as required in state of licensure.  This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision and values of Upstream Rehabilitation Inc.
