Interview

Qualified candidates are usually contacted for an interview within one business day of application! Your initial interview with a member of our recruiting team will take place via phone or video and typically lasts about 20 to 30 minutes.

Receive Offer

If you are offered the position, we hope that you’ll decide to join our Upstream family! Our HR team will manage the offer letter and pre-employment screening process. You can look forward to a live, interactive onboarding experience and the opportunity to network with other new hires during our Foundations for Excellence Day (about a month after you start)!

Make sure you’ve scheduled enough time for the interview (including travel time if needed), so you don’t feel rushed.

Do your research! Make sure you’re generally familiar with Upstream and what we do.

Dress appropriately. Your first impression is important and can have a lasting impact. If you’re unsure what to wear, you can always ask the interviewer or your recruiter beforehand!
