PINN, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for anIndustrial Occupational Therapist to join our family in Longview, WA.
SALARY: $80,000 - $100,000

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure

We are located in an oversized warehouse, perfect for recreating patients day to day work functions and promoting collaboration between specialties (PT/OT/LMT).

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
