Our Lawrenceburg location is a 3 provider clinic, and is a perfect opportunity for a clinician looking to lead a smaller team and strengthen community ties. In addition to a competitive salary, we are offering a $5k annual rural incentive! This is a great way to reach those professional and financial goals!
Our highly skilled team provides treatment interventions for a wide range of orthopedic conditions, general deconditioning, post-op, vestibular and also pelvic health cases. Education and growth are top priority at Upstream. As part of our commitment to developing passionate, skilled, and inclusive, evidence-based clinicians that demonstrate the highest form of professionalism, we have developed an 18-month Pelvic Health Development Program to provide support and resources for our clinicians to reach their full potential as a clinical specialist in the field of pelvic health. Program content is designed to help develop expertise in clinical reasoning, recognizing implicit biases, improving inclusive practice, focusing on external/internal pelvic health assessment for all pelvises, as well as improving manual therapy skills and pain science.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Salary: $90,000 to $105,000 / year
Estimated salary ranges are based on several factors including but not limited to your experience, background and geographic location of the clinic

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
