Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team
Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible delivering virtual sales calls to targeted referral sources largely through interactions by phone and email. The associate in this role will be aligned to local sales leadership and will provide supplemental efforts to key markets, as well as help cover territories impacted by vacancies or leaves of absence from field-based sales associates. This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships by making outbound calls to targeted customers, with the goal of growing referral volume.
- Effectively present our company information, service array, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners.
- Use reporting and data tools to convey the high quality and clinical excellence of our team members and the services they provide.
- Meet or exceed sales monthly and quarterly call volume expectations.
- Maintain target customer lists and summaries of sales calls within our internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Execute quarterly business plan for assigned customers and provide timely feedback to sales leadership regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all customer/company interactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Previous healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; persuasive and goal-oriented; comfortable making cold calls and speaking with external customers throughout the day.
- Exceptional communication skills – oral, written and presentations; must possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to travel up to 0-5% of the time.
