REQUIREMENTS:
- Current or pending state licensure
- Graduate from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
- Drive to pursue personal and professional goals
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on each patients’ specific needs
- Engagement with patients, with clinical teammates and within your organization
- Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
- Understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards

SALARY: $ 24 - $ 30 / Hour + $ 2500 Sign-On Bonus

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
