Job Description
BenchMark Physical Therapy is hiring a Senior Physical Therapist to fulfill a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator position for our clinics in the Indianapolis, Indiana market.

What you need…
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
- Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff
- Effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly
- Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
- Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan market
