Structured Mentorship Program for Newer Graduates

We believe in providing the best clinical care we can, which often starts at the beginning for new graduates. At Upstream Rehabilitation, mentorship is one of our key drivers and gives us an opportunity to share our clinical expertise with the newest individuals in the PT profession so we can continue to cultivate experts with a focus on improving clinical reasoning through hands-on development.

Our 10-month onboarding process for new associates helps to promote the development of an evidence-based plan of care management for new graduate clinicians. In addition, new graduates will be paired with a senior therapist they can learn from as part of a 12-month professional development program.
