Upstream offers entry-level candidates and career professionals the opportunity to serve in corporate and non-clinician roles, both remotely and in our physical therapy clinics and corporate offices across the country. We dedicate resources to continuous education and improvement through four in-house Leadership Development Programs and outside training. We are committed to ensuring our associates have the skills needed for long-term success. Upstream’s non-clinician associates are integral in ensuring our company’s success.

Striving to integrate the community-based entrepreneurial therapist with a strong backbone of management, marketing, and administrative support, we offer a unique therapist-partnership model which provides our established practitioners and clinical leaders the opportunity to be minority equity holders in their clinic. To date, Upstream has more than 500 minority equity partners.

Upstream’s Pillars with Purpose benevolent funds are comprised of 7 specific charitable funds, all aimed at creating lasting, positive change at home and around the world. To encourage community outreach, all Upstream associates receive 8 hours of community service time annually for volunteer and service opportunities as a way back to the communities we serve.
